This is a little insight into how I deal with my regular bouts of insomnia and as night time by its very nature means the chance of hassle free/uninterrupted wandering around, I make the most of those darkness hours while the rest of humanity is having a good sleep (you lucky, lucky people).

Thankfully all this walking at least made my tired enough for a nice 5 hours of deep shuteye that left me refreshed enough to have an almost normal weekend for a change 🙂
