Pentire headland is a fine example of National Trust owned land and a nice place to take a hike when you’ve had enough of walking on Newquay’s beaches. Its fast becoming one of my favorite strolling places when I’m not ripping up the coast path or camping.

Easily accessible from Newquay by car and on foot, its a great way to spend an hour or two, and never seems that busy. The pictures below were taken late on Saturday afternoon as I took myself out of Newquay town to escape the football madness aftermath 🙂
